About Paw Valet Pet Sitting And Dog Walking: Our Story
Hi, we are Dave and Olga, and we are crazy about our family! Our four-legged child unfortunately can’t always travel with us but she deserves the best care when we can’t be there for her. We won’t even consider traveling until we are able to find a new pet sitter for our dog when we move to a new area. As pet owners, we know what needs to happen for our pup to be happy and healthy while we are gone. Also, we don’t want to worry about her when we are on vacation, because we would cancel our trip if we had a problem with a pet sitter.
In addition to being owned by an awesome dog, Olga has over 15 years of experience managing a pet sitting company that employs over 150 part time pet sitters that provides dog walking and pet sitting services in their immediate neighborhoods. DFW Pet Sitting services over 7,000 pet owners in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. The expansion started when our clients stated moving, and we decided to open a new location: Paw Valet Houston. Houston has many pets too, and quality pet sitters are needed there as well! It’s our call of duty to bring this highly needed service to other parts of Texas!
Dave is the technology backbone of the business and makes sure that everything works well on our website. He makes sure all requests are coming through, and nothing falls through the cracks operationally. We are a team that never sleeps, have each other’s back and complement each other’s strengths. We are dedicated to this company because it’s our baby, too. Dave and I don’t leave our own four-legged child without the best care possible, and we want to make sure our pet sitting clients receive the same level of service that we expect from our own pet sitters.
Paw Valet’s Advantage
Our advantage is that we know what pet owners need, have experience both technologically and operationally to provide the best service possible, and are very passionate about what we do. We realize that our employees are the foundation of this company, so we employ systems to hire people who WANT to work for our company long term. Our pet sitters don’t like driving far, so we limit their commute to 5 miles radius from where they live. We found out that people who have their own pets are passionate about taking care of other people’s pets, so being a pet owner is a requirement to work for this company. We understand that unplanned changes occur in our clients’ plans, so we hire employees who have flexible schedules and reliable transportation.
Communication is Key
Our customers also value communication. In addition to our office phone line, we have an emergency line open 24/7. The business owners’ cell phones are also displayed on this website and on every outgoing email. We encourage our clients to ask their pet sitters for pet pictures and text updates. We develop close, personal relationships between our pet sitters and clients. Relationships, trust, caring, and communication are the foundation of Paw Valet.
Paw Valet and Security
Once we take possession of your key, it is secured and labeled. We don’t put your name or address on the label. Paw Valet stores your information in a secured database. We don’t put business signs on our cars or have any uniforms. We don’t want to broadcast that we are pet sitters and the home owners are away. Initial consultations are always free of charge, and we stand by our 100% money back guarantee.
Pet sitting is what we do for a living. We put your pets’ welfare above everything else. We are here to make sure you aren’t worried about your babies while you are away. Please feel free to contact us any time if you have any comments or questions.
